    Went through the drive in section.Food was excellent, not too fatty, nice and fresh. Couldn't take pictures...it was too finger licking good. You've given me back my faith in KFC. Thank you!!!Customer service... could be astly improved. Very unfrienly staff!! PityDietary restrictions: Halal

    I'd never write a review for KFC, if not for their employee, Dan. Dan caught us checking the menu tablets by the entrance, and came over for a chat.He recommended meal deals (which we went with), helped serve us when our food was ready, then came over to our table to check if we were happy with our food, and to ensure his recommendations were good for us. I'd never experienced this level of customer service in a KFC - Dan made it feel like we were at an upmarket restaurant!Friendly, knowledgeable on the menu, able to listen and make recommendations, all whilst maintaining his humour - Dan's a star employee. Well done KFC for hiring this gent.

    Very rarely would I think of reviewing a ‘fast food’ restaurant. However, I’ve eaten at Gatwick KFC times in the last month, and it is by far the best KFC I have ever visited. The food is consistently super crispy, hot and well presented. So good to have a zinger stacker that is upright, with each element as it should be.Service wise, Dan deserves a special mention. He is attentive, polite,One step ahead and super helpful. He clearly really enjoys the job and it’s so refreshing to be served by someone with an obvious passion for their work. thank you Dan! And the team!

    Strongly advise not to use this restaurant. The car parking ticket validation system doesn't always work (and there are no obvious instructions on how to validate the ticket) and you then are forced to accept a parking fine at the exit barrier if your ticket validation has not worked (once at the exit barrier you can't safely park or go back to the restaurant to validate the ticket).
